At Verilucent House, each artwork is produced to order with care through our professional print partners. Because all pieces are custom made specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing decisions, or change-of-mind purchases.

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• your order number

• photos of the damage and packaging

• a brief description of the issue

Approved claims may qualify for:

• replacement

• refund

• store credit

We recommend carefully reviewing:

• dimensions

• framing selections

• product descriptions
  before placing your order.

Due to variations in monitor settings and screen displays, slight color differences may occur between digital previews and printed artwork.

Verilucent House reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
