Production Times

Many Verilucent House pieces are made to order, including framed artwork, canvas prints, and specialty finishes.

Typical production timelines are:

  • Fine Art Prints: 3–7 business days

  • Framed Prints: 5–10 business days

  • Canvas Artwork: 5–10 business days

  • Original Artwork: varies by piece and will be noted in the listing

  • Commissioned or custom work: timeline discussed individually

Production times may vary during holidays, collection launches, or high-volume periods.


Shipping Times

Once your order has been completed, shipping timelines generally range from:

  • Domestic U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Larger oversized artwork: 1–3 weeks depending on carrier and destination

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We partner with trusted professional carriers including:

  • specialty freight services for oversized artwork

Carrier selection may vary based on product size, framing, and destination.


Shipping Costs

  • carrier rates

Oversized framed artwork may require additional shipping charges.


International Shipping

At this time, Verilucent House primarily ships within the United States.

For international inquiries, please contact us directly prior to ordering.

Customers are responsible for:

  • customs fees

  • import duties

  • VAT taxes

  • international brokerage fees


Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Verilucent House is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by shipping carriers

  • weather-related delays

  • stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Damage claims submitted after 5 days may not qualify for replacement.


Lost Packages
